TRANSPORTATION

When you arrive at the Phoenix Airport, please proceed to the carousel to pick up your luggage. You will be met by a driver from Saba’s Limo Dispatch at the bottom of the escalator on the way to your baggage carousel. Even if you have no checked luggage, you will meet him there. He will have a sign with your name on it. Saba’s Limo Dispatch has all your flight information so they will know if your flight has been delayed and will make adjustments. However, if there is a mistake and you do not see the driver, please call 780-340-0055 and he will be there immediately.

HOTEL CHECK IN

When you arrive at the hotel, please introduce yourselves at the desk as a member of the Incentive Services Group. The hotel will ask you for your personal credit card number when you check in. Incentive Services will cover the cost of the room, tax, luggage transport to your room, and maid services as well as designated meals and scheduled activities. Personal miscellaneous charges to your room will go on your credit card.

In your room you will find a packet from Incentive Services with event information for the trip. Information about each of the activities is in the packet. For billing purposes, remember to identify yourself with the Incentive Services Group when you participate in any of the activities. We will issue a room credit of $100.00 per couple per day to use in the restaurants or lounges on property. This may be used for breakfast or lunch or beverages on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There will be a list of restaurants and lounges in the packet.

Once you have checked in, feel free to relax around one of the fabulous pools, explore the beautiful grounds, use the workout facilities in the Spa, check out the shops, or find the lounges and restaurants. Another favorite activity is hiking up the scenic Camelback Mountain.  Transportation is available through the concierge.

GROUP DINNERS

Dress at the hotel is Resort Casual. For dinners at the hotel, dressy casual for the women, and a sport coat or sweater for the men.

Our first official event is Thursday evening at 6:00. We will meet for cocktails and appetizers in the North Room of La Hacienda followed by a delicious Mexican feast.

Friday evening is off site and casual. Dinner is at the historic Mission Restaurant in Kierland Commons. Everyone, please meet outside the hotel lobby at 6:15 pm for transportation.

Saturday evening we will meet on the Ironwood Patio at 6:00 for cocktails and appetizers followed by a scrumptious dinner in the Ironwood Room. We will then entice you with a video of the location of the trip for next year.

ACTIVITIES

When you arrive on Thursday, please enjoy any of the amenities you would like at your own expense.

Incentive Services will pay for one of the following events per day on both Friday and Saturday:

Hummer Day Tour

Additionally, IS will pay for any of the following events on Friday and Saturday if you wish to do more:

Golf

We will play golf on Friday at the Grayhawk Golf Club. The first tee time is 8:45 AM.

Spa Services

Please make your own spa appointments as soon as possible. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please call 480.585.2732 and tell them you are with the Incentive Services Group. Go online to see the Spa Menu at https://www.fairmont.com/scottsdale/spa/. Incentive Services will contribute $205 a treatment which includes a 20% gratuity. Feel free to add additional treatments at your own expense.

Hot Air Ballooning

Enjoy a sunrise adventure in the Sonoran Desert. After a “preflight briefing”, you will fly over the desert and learn all about the exotic desert life below. Upon landing, you will be treated to a champagne breakfast.

Hummer Day Tour

You’ll be picked up in a hummer and taken into the Four Peaks Wilderness National Forest. You will enjoy the views of Arizona’s most beautiful mountain ranges. Experienced guides will discuss the flora and fauna that inhabit this beautiful landscape.

Horseback Riding

Experience the old west in cowboy style. Travel 30 minutes north to Cave Creek to a working ranch and ride the trails through the Sonoran Desert and Canyons. An experienced guide will introduce you to the life and beauty of the desert.

Shopping

Shop at Scottsdale’s chic Fashion Square and then take a trolley to Old Town Scottsdale, which is rich in history and culture. Visit the many unique shops, and art galleries and enjoy the architecture, shop for antiques and fine jewelry, or stop for lunch at one of the many restaurants. There is also great shopping at the Kierland Commons.

Heard Museum

This is a world renowned museum devoted to Native American art and culture. It houses an extensive collection of historic, contemporary, and historical art.

Desert Botanical Gardens

This outdoor museum is dedicated to exhibition, education and conservation of plants native to the Southwestern area. Over 20,000 plants can be seen.
